The "Fluoro Surf FG-509X" is a surface treatment agent that allows for fluorine processing on the surface by applying it to resin-molded molds, enabling continuous release. It can be easily applied on-site using a brush, spray gun, or wiping. After application, it dries at room temperature in just 2 minutes. (This product does not contain any PFAS regulated substances such as PFOA, PFOS, or PFHxS.) * This surface treatment bonds to the mold surface, creating a durable release film that allows for continuous release. * It can also be applied to molds that have been conventionally fluorinated, further improving release properties. * The film thickness is only a few nanometers, making it suitable for nano and sub-micron level molds and nano imprinting, accurately reproducing precise surfaces. * It is non-flammable and does not contain organic solvents, eliminating the need for explosion-proof equipment, quantity management, and environmental measurement as stipulated by fire and safety laws.
